You can expect to spend time working through your relationship with food, creating goals, brainstorming solutions to barriers of meeting your goals, learning to eating intuitively and listen to your body. A non-diet dietitian can assist you in improving your health without resorting to restrictive diets or food obsessions. With medical nutrition therapy, you will discuss challenges hindering your ability to eat healthily and explore alternative approaches that may work best for you. At the end of the day, the best interventions are the ones you are able to stick to and sustain. Your dietitian can address any questions you may have regarding nutrition tailored to your specific health concerns, while also holding your hand and encouraging you to make long standing change that help the management or regression of your medical condition.   • This includes things like grocery shopping, menu planning, cooking support, restaurant exposures and all the little yet important things we must know how to do and feel confident doing in order to nourish ourselves best.

  • Outpatient dietary support from an Eating Disorder. Your dietitian will create a tailored plan to manage your ED and eventually push you toward recovery. We will collaborate with other treatment providers to ensure you are getting emense amount of support to help you down the path of healing.
